Well! if you are looking for ''A Tip'' or a ''McDonald's meal'' this is so much at the opposite of it. As a Kinaesiology and Physical Training enthusiast, this is the best video I've seen on YouTube. I recommend you start by being aware of your body limitations. Then, try making relationships in between a specific exercise and a specific move in your swing while having fun. The idea is not to get a better swing. The idea is to get in shape, which in term will give you a better swing. On this video, Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips answer the following questions with one answer: "What are 10 great exercises for my golf swing? What can I do for lower back pain? What can I do for 10 more yards?".

Many golfers suffer from back pain especially lower back. The most important exercise is to keep the back supple. Stretch your hamstrings and you will stretch the whole spine right up to and including the neck and shoulders. I do these two exercises for one minute each and every and day and I have managed to avoid the chronic back pain I suffered in the past. Here are the two exercises: My physio always gave me about 20 stretches which took about 30 minutes every day and I just didn't have the dedication to stick to them. I have been able to stick to my two minute routine and feel the benefit. In my opinion, less is more if you can fulfil your commitment. Warning: This young lady is very supple and I can't get into these positions but I attempt them without overdoing it. My tip, count softly and if your voice gets strained your are overdoing the stretch.
